Shaza L. Andersen is the Chief Executive Officer of WashingtonFirst Bank. In addition to her role as CEO, Ms. Andersen has served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, where she was Vice Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Housing Committee. She also serves on the board of Junior Achievement, Youth For Tomorrow, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Prior to starting WashingtonFirst, Ms. Andersen served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Century National Bank, until Century was acquired by United Bank. Recently, Ms. Andersen founded the WashingtonFirst Youth Foundation, a local not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching the physical, social and mental well-being of children in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Ms. Andersen is sought out to provide her opinions and insights regarding banking and capital market matters. She is often quoted in the media, appearing on CNBC and Fox News. In addition, Ms. Andersen was honored as one of 2008’s Women Who Mean Business, by the Washington Business Journal.

With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he is actively involved in the entitlement, design, and development processes for the company's pipeline. Prior to joining JBGR in 1993, Mr. Ehat held positions with Glenn & Company and Commercial Property Associates. He holds a B.B.A. from James Madison University, is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland, D.C., and West Virginia, and is an active member of ICSC and ULI. Additionally, Mr. Ehat sits on the advisory board for Washington First Bank.

Chad was the driving force in this acquisition and consolidation of more than 100+ janitorial, electrical and mechanical companies with more than $2 billion in revenues. Chad’s success has been continuously recognized through the years by numerous, prominent organizations: Twice honored in Ernst &Young’s Entrepreneur Of the Year program, received INC Magazine 500 Fastest Growing Companies for two successive years, awarded Arthur Anderson’s Fast Track Growth Award and named Virginia Business Magazine’s Fantastic Fifty. Mr. Musmar leads a team of experts that provide top-of-the-line tax, accounting and advisory services; ranging from complex tax planning for mergers & acquisitions to financial and benefits planning for corporate executives and entrepreneurs. He joined MillerMusmar as a Partner in 1999 and became the Managing Partner in 2004, with more than a decade’s experience in public accounting. He spent some of those years in two of the big-five accounting firms, Deloitte & Touché and Arthur Andersen. He was a significant contributor in the corporate tax compliance division for both firms and eventually formed his own full service public accounting firm, Musmar & Company. In addition to his strengths in tax compliance and planning, Joey is wel versed in accounting software management and installation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Joey is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and an Accredited Business Valuator (ABV). He has testified and conducted valuations for divorce, estate, gift, and M & A purposes. He also holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation, and is Series 7 securities licensed. Joey has appeared on News Channel 8 for the last 5 years. For two years, Joey has volunteered at George Mason University’s School of Management critiquing business plans for students. He is also a Reston Incubator Advisory Board (IAB) member. Joey has also been a past annual speaker to the Virginia Society of CPAs.
