Joseph S. Bracewell
Chairman of the Board
McKee Nelson LLP

Mr. Bracewell is a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of McKee Nelson LLP, which he joined in 2002. Prior to that time, Mr. Bracewell was actively engaged in the banking business for thirty years in Houston, Texas and Washington, D.C. Most recently, Mr. Bracewell served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Century National Bank, Washington, D.C. and its holding company, Century Bancshares, Inc., from their inception in 1982 until they were acquired by United Bankshares, Inc. at the end of 2001. Mr. Bracewell served as a director of United Bankshares, Inc. and as Vice Chairman of its United Bank subsidiary, from the time of the Century merger through January 2, 2003.

Shaza L. Andersen
Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Andersen is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. She served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Century National Bank from April 2000 through December 2001, when Century National Bank was acquired by United Bank. Prior to that position, Ms. Andersen served as a senior officer for retail banking, marketing and business development at Century National Bank.

George W. Connors, IV
President & Chief Lending Officer

Mr. Connors is the President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank. From 2001 to 2004 he served as Senior Vice President/Corporate Lending and Manager of the DC Lending Group for United Bank. From 1996 to 2001, he served as Senior Vice President/Commercial Lending Manager for Century National Bank. Mr. Connors is currently on the Boards of Directors of The Entrepreneurs Institute and United Cerebral Palsy, and is an instructor at the Center for Financial Training.

Josephine S. Cooper
Toyota Motor North America, Inc.

Ms. Cooper is Group Vice President for Toyota Motors of North America. Prior to joining Toyota in 2004, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, a trade association for the automobile industry, a position she held from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that time, she was Vice President for Regulatory Affairs for the American Forest and Paper Association. She is a member of the Board of Visitors, Duke University Faqua School of Business, the Board of Advisors for the Salvation Army National Capital area, the Business Advisory Board of Meredith College, and the Board of Directors of the Leland Urban Air Toxics Research Center.

Jan Naylor Cope
J. Naylor Cope Company

Ms. Cope has served as the President of the J. Naylor Cope Company, a nationally recognized Executive Recruiter, since 1994. Prior to founding the J. Naylor Cope Company in Washington, D.C., Ms. Cope served as Deputy Director of Presidential Personnel in the White House for President George H.W. Bush. She is a member of the Board of Directors of TransTechnology Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, and a member of the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities, appointed by President George W. Bush. Ms. Cope is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Decatur House, a National Trust for Historic Preservation property in Washington, D.C., and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Compass Rose Society, an international outreach of the Archbishop of Canterbury representing the Anglican Communion worldwide.

John H. Dalton

Mr. Dalton has since January 2005 been President of the Housing Policy Council of the Financial Services Roundtable. From September 2000 to December 2004 he served as President and a Director of IPG Photonics, a fiber optics company. He served as President and CEO of Epcad LLC from 1999 to 2000. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Dalton served as Secretary of the Navy. In 1997 he received the International Security Leadership Award from the National Security Caucus. Mr. Dalton serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies and on the Board of Governors of Wesley Theological Seminary. He serves on the corporate boards of Trans Technology Corp., Fresh Del Monte Produce, Inc, e Speed, Inc. and IPG Photonics Corp.

Marvin Fabrikant
Investor

Marvin Fabrikant is a real estate investor in DC, Maryland, VA and NC. He was the Senior Loan Executive at Century National Bank and served on the Century’s Board of Directors until its merger into United Bank in 2001. Mr. Fabrikant then served on the Board of Directors of United Bank of Virginia through 2004.

Gary Galleberg
Investor

Mr. Galleberg is a private investor based in Naples, Florida. From 1988 to 2004, he was President of Zoran Inc., an internationally known fashion design and manufacturing firm based in New York and Milan. He served as a member of the City of Naples City Council from 2000 to 2004 and as Vice Mayor from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Galleberg is also an attorney admitted to the State of New York Bar.

Kailash C. Goel
Deleware Cornerstone Builders

Dr. Goel is a professional engineer and a Principal of Goel Services, Inc., a contracting company specializing in environmental clean up, demolition and building renovations. Dr. Goel received his Ph.D., in Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1968. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management. He has a professional engineer license issued by the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers in 1968. He is a Diplomat of American Academy of Environmental Engineers. Dr. Goel served as the Director of the First Liberty National Bank from 1992 until its merger with WashingtonFirst in 2006.

Barbara Harris
Envision EMI, LLC

Ms. Harris is Co-founder and Co-Chairman of Envision EMI, LLC (formerly National Capital Resources), which works with nonprofit clients in developing educational programs and providing membership services. She was co-founder of the National Youth Leadership Council and co-founder of the Congressional Youth Leadership Council that offers educational leadership conferences for young people across the country and around the world. She was the first Executive Director of the International Women’s Media Foundation, participated in 2002 in Inaugural Women in Power and Leadership, produced and directed the Youth Forum for the Presidential Inaugural Committee for President-elect George Bush in 1989 and in 1985 founded the Washington Journalism Conference.

Richard Horn is co-owner of Glen Falls Design Build, LLC, a residential design and remodeling firm based in Rockville, Maryland. Prior to forming Glen Falls, Rick was a partner with the law firm of Bracewell Giuliani, LLP in Washington, DC practicing commercial and business litigation

John J. Mahoney
Regional Title Incorporated

Since 1996 Mr. Mahoney has been President of Regional Title Incorporated. Prior to Regional Title, he served as Managing Partner for Transaction Associates (1995-96), Vice President and Director of Operations for First American Title Insurance Company, Mid Atlantic Region (1994-95), and as President of Attorneys Title Corporation (1977-94). Mr. Mahoney was past president of D.C. Land Title Association and past president of the Capitol Hill Merchants and Professionals Association (CHAMPS). Currently, Mr.. Mahoney serves as a Trustee of the Federal City Council, a Trustee of Providence College in Rhode Island, a Board Member of the D.C. Sports and Entertainment Commission, a member of the D.C. Bar and a member of the Economics Club of Washington.

Jack Mencia

Mr. Mencia was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cube Corporation, a nationally recognized facilities management company, from 1994 to March 2005. The Cube Corporation was recognized as the Fastest Growing Hispanic-Owned Company in the United States in 2000, received the Virginia Vanguard Award for Top Service Company in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2001 and 2002, and is listed number fifty-one on Hispanic Business Magazine’s Hispanic Business 500, a directory of the largest Hispanic-owned companies in 2004. Mr. Mencia sold The Cube Corporation in March 2005. Currently Mr. Mencia serves as Chairman and CEO of a company that he acquired a controlling interest in 2002. The company was renamed Cubecorp and provides IT outsourcing services. Mr. Mencia also serves on the national Executive Board, ALSAC-St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Greater Washington Area in 2000 and the Hispanic Business Magazine’s National Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001.

Larry D. Meyers

Mr. Meyers has been President of Meyers & Associates, a legislative consulting firm assisting universities, cities, business groups and agriculture producer groups in understanding and affecting government policy. Since 1999, he has also served as Executive Vice President of Agriculture Development International, a marketing and consulting firm which provides agribusiness commodities, services and technical assistance to developing countries. He is the Chairman of Deacons of the First Baptist Church of Alexandria, Virginia, Assistant Scoutmaster of the Boy Scouts of America, and a member of the Masonic Order.

Mark Michael

Mr. Michael is founder and President of Occasions Caterers Inc., a full-service, off-premise catering firm, located in Washington, DC since 1986. He is also founder and President of Protocol Staffing Services LLC, a hospitality staffing service, formed in 1999. He is on the Regional Board for the National Institute for Teaching Entrepreneurship. He is also on the Board of the Education Foundation of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington DC. Mr. Michael is a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the Washington Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the International Society of Event Specialists.

Madhu K. Mohan, M.D.
Riverside Medical Group

Dr. Mohan is a practicing Endocrinologist in the Washington Metropolitan area and head of the Riverside Medical Group, which consists of 50 Doctors. He has served as Board of Director and Chairman of First Liberty National Bank prior to the merger with WashingtonFirst Bank. Dr. Mohan has been involved in various community projects and technology ventures over the past 20 years in the USA and India.

James P. Muldoon
METCOR, Ltd.
Since 1979, Mr. Muldoon, has been the CEO of METCOR, Washington, D.C., which identifies, develops and captures federal business for high technology firms. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Learning Systems International, a wholly owned subsidiary of METCOR, a training materials development, documentation and training delivery company. He was the President of the United States Sailing Association from 1997 to 2000, and since 1998 has been Chairman of the National Boating Safety Advisory Council. He serves as Chairman or a member of numerous project and governance boards related to St Mary's College of Maryland and other Maryland universities, and other charitable and community organizations.

William C. Oldaker

Mr. Oldaker is a founding member and partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Oldaker & Biden, LLP, which was established in 1993. From 1987 to 1993, he was a partner in the Washington office of the law firm of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips. He previously served as director of Century National Bank, Washington, D.C., until its acquisition. He is a member of the D.C. Bar Association, the Bar Association for the Court of Appeals, D.C., and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He also serves as a partner in The National Group, a consulting firm.

Randall S. Peyton, M.D.

William G. Reilly

Since 1993, Mr. Reilly has been the President of Champion Title, Fairfax, Virginia, a title insurance and real estate settlement company. From 1999 to 2001, he was Vice President in charge of sales for Network Access Solutions, Herndon, Virginia. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Reilly was National Sales Manager, Government Systems Division, of Executone Information Systems, Oakton, Virginia. He is a member of the Northern Virginia Builders Industry Association, the Lowes Island Country Club, AAU Basketball, and Our Lady of Hope Church.

Gail R. Steckler
Infrastructure Management Group

Ms. Steckler is Treasurer of Infrastructure Management Group, Inc., a management consulting company, and a member of IMG Capital, LLC, a registered broker-dealer. She is a past Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the National Presbyterian School and from 2000 to 2004 headed up the school's Investment Committee and Finance Committee. She is a member of the Washington Society of Investment Analysts.

General (Ret.) Johnnie E. Wilson
Dimensions International, Inc.

General Wilson is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Dimensions International, Inc., an information technology company specializing in information integration. General Wilson had a distinguished career in the Army culminating in his position as Commanding General, US Army Material Command. During his career, General Wilson was selected to command the Ordnance Center and School responsible for the training and professional development of soldiers, NCOs and officers every year. He also had served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Department of Army, where he was responsible for worldwide logistics.
